Processing Time

Orders are processed within business days after order confirmation. You will be notified once shipped.

High Demand Periods

During sales or festive periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs depend on product weight, size and destination.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

Carriers: India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If damaged or lost, email bgmia430@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Incorrect Address

If the order returns due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping charges.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages will be refunded after deducting original shipping and return charges.
